The English blog...

.. I never use this.. I know! I was meant to write in English for English people - however I tend to stay Danish and just write now and then on my Danish blog. I apologise. Therefore this English post. I will be back.

So guess what I did?!

Yesterday I ran bloody 10 kilometres - that's a long run! I'm so very proud of my self! A tiny bit tired today, but satisfied.. At the moment I'm sitting on my own in the classroom, wondering where people/classmates has hidden... Hmm... I'm early - but not THAT early!

Update!

Right now I'm enjoying my flat, the course, having my girlfriends around for silly chitchat and tea drinking! I'm hating a huge cold sore on my swollen lip and eating lots of carrots.. Thinking about eating some spag bol', but can't decide, watching Star wars and not liking Hayden Christensen and I'm a little tired. Had a very lovely day, with cold feet. Bought amazing sausage and cake i the "Old City". Snow should arrive soon and christmas spirit is starting to kick in. My room is incredible warm, but I don't want to turn down the heat. Yoda i like. Eat i will.

Sunday, autum & red noses... Not to mention swollen lip...

So I've moved now... Well, a month ago.. It's really great to be in Aarhus and no longer in the basement of my mother, I feel free and liberated and of course I still pass her work now and then, because I can(so not that liberated)! Like today! My friend, whom I haven't seen for a long time, and has gotten married in secrecy, is coming and we're going to the "Gamle By" - living museum, to see my mum and to eat candy apples like in the old days..

I live in another basement now, with my own little kitchen and a "sharing is caring" bathroom...

It's a very cosy little place with a dog called Carlos, who visits me quite a lot, sometimes unfortunatly with a little packet - in pee og a dough.. Not cool - repeat, NOT cool!

Any way... My concentration is slowly fading with "Super Sixteen" on Mtv - which is actually terilble, but it's like my brain can't understand that it's terrible - it just want to watch crap!

So I got up early today - family trip to a castle - pure quality time! Beside the fact that we cannot find or get hold of my sister.

Anne & I had quality time instead - i threw some stick & she loved it!

Let me introduce to you, the one & only "Sheriff's Pie".

I've invented a new dish and I have called it:

SHERIFF'S PIE!

Well, I wanted to make Shepherd's Pie, but apparently you can't buy minced lamb in Denmark, except frozen, so what to do? I bought minced chicken and made my own special pie and may i say, it was divine - so divine that my mother is now lying on the sofa with a bit of a stomachache.. Because she's eaten too much! Wicked!

Denmark is stil Denmark and it still takes time to adjust..
